Kevin P. McRoy
Kevin P. McRoy, a partner with the firm, is a 1993 graduate of Stonehill College and a 1996 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, cum laude.
He concentrates his practice in the areas of contract law, commercial law workouts representation of creditors in bankruptcy matters and related litigation, banking law, partnership and corporation disputes and litigation, including dissolutions, buy-outs and freeze-out cases, real estate disputes and litigation, and general business litigation.
In 1996, Mr. McRoy was admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. Mr. McRoy was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1997 and was admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1998.
Mr. McRoy is also admitted to the First Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar Associations.
