Robert F. Mills
Robert F. Mills, a partner at the firm, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial and residential real estate as well as civil litigation. Mr. Mills is a graduate of Boston College 1980 Cum Laude and Boston College Law School 1983.
Mr. Mills began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he returned to his home town of Falmouth, Massachusetts, where he was a junior partner at the law firm of Smith & Connolly, P.C. until joining the firm in 1990.
Attorney Mills is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Cape Cod Community College, Chairman of the Finance and Personnel Committee for Cape Cod Community College. He is Moderator for the Town of Mashpee Water District.
He is a member of the Massachusetts and Barnstable Bar Associations, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Former Chairman of the Town of Mashpee Chief of Police Citizen's Advisory Committee, Member and Former Vice President of the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council, Inc., and Former General Counsel to Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah). Attorney Mills is also admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
