Charles D. Mulcahy
Charles D. Mulcahy, a partner with the firm, is an experienced civil litigator. Mr. Mulcahy concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and municipal law.
A graduate of Boston University and Suffolk University Law School, he has served as Mansfield Town Counsel and Town Moderator, and was a member of the Massachusetts Association of City Solicitors and Town Counsel Association.
In addition to his broad experience in litigation before state and federal courts since 1974, Mr. Mulcahy has had extensive involvement with the insurance industry. He is a member of the Taunton Bar Associations, Mansfield Elks and the Mansfield Lions Club. Attorney Mulcahy served as President and Director of the Mansfield Lions club and was awarded 76 Highest Honor from Lions International.
