
Edward F. O’Brien
EDWARD F. O’BRIEN, JR., is OF COUNSEL with the Firm, an experienced trial attorney, having served as a Special Assistant Attorney General under four separate Attorney’s General of the Commonwealth. He has represented clients in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts. Mr. O’Brien’s practice includes substantial trial work in personal injury law, products liability, malpractice, and correctional law.
Mr. O’Brien was General Counsel for the Worcester County Sheriff’s Department and Worcester County Jail and House of Correction and also a former Assistant Professor of Labor Law, (Collective Bargaining) Institute of Industrial Relations, Holy Cross College, Worcester, Massachusetts.
Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of Norwich University and New England School of Law. Admitted to the State Bar in 1967. He was also admitted to the Bar of the United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
