Kevin J. O'Malley
Kevin J. O'Malley, a partner with Wynn & Wynn, P.C., has practiced with the firm since 1986. Mr. O'Malley concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business disputes, having successfully represented clients in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as in the Massachusetts Superior and District Courts.
A litigator with over 20 years experience, he has represented large insurance companies and insurance agencies, large and small businesses and financial institutions, as well as minority shareholders negotiating and litigating a broad range of complex issues.
Mr. O'Malley is a member of the Massachusetts Bar association. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Cum Laude, with a degree in Economics in 1982 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1986 where he was a published author and Lead Articles Editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and where he edited a Lead article written by United States Supreme Court Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist.
