Janice E. Robbins
Janice E. Robbins, a partner with the firm, concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate, banking and commercial law, including troubled loans, workouts and foreclosures. Ms. Robbins works extensively in the acquisition and financing of commercial properties, secured transactions, construction loan transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
A magna cum laude graduate of Boston University with a Masters Degree from the University of Detroit, Ms. Robbins graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978. She is an appointed Title Examiner by the Massachusetts Land Court.
Her professional memberships include: Massachusetts, Taunton and Bristol County Bar Associations, Massachusetts Bankers Association, Women's Bar Associations, Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and it's Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee, Massachusetts Association of Women Lawyers, and Southeastern Economic Development Corporation.
