Andrew A. Toldo
Andrew A. Toldo, an associate with the firm, has concentrated his areas of practice to residential and commercial real estate, contract negotiation, landlord-tenant litigation, and estate planning.
Attorney Toldo graduated from the University of South Florida, with a degree in International Studies in 1989 and subsequently earned his Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court in 1996.
In his real estate practice, Attorney Toldo represents Buyers, Sellers and Lenders, and has had experience in thousands of real estate transactions. He also represents many clients with their estate planning needs, ranging from simple Wills and Trusts, to more complicated Tax Shelter planning.
He is a member of the United States Coast Guard Reserve, Real Estate Bar Association, and the Taunton Chamber of Commerce. Attorney Toldo is also fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
